Since 1978, Keith G. Collins Ltd. has dedicated itself to helping thousands of individuals face and overcome their financial difficulties by providing solid professional advice with a family-focused perspective.
Keith Collins founded the company in 1978, and was immediately joined by his daughter, Donna, and later his son, Doug. Today Donna succeeds her father as President of the company, while Doug presides as Vice-President.
Over the past thirty years, they have dedicated themselves to the continuation of family traditions and values, while never losing sight of their original objective: to help families regain control of their finances.
In 2007, the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) honoured Keith’s memory with the creation of “The Keith G. Collins Memorial Award”. The award is presented to insolvency and restructuring professionals who embody Keith’s characteristics, namely: integrity, courtesy and commitment to the insolvency profession.
The qualities that Keith stood for were also passed down to his children, who in addition to Keith, have both received fellowships from CAIRP. This is the highest honour that can be bestowed upon a CIRP for distinguished service to the Association and/or the profession. Doug and Donna, and by extension Keith G. Collins Ltd., remain committed to the promotion of a personal approach to the insolvency profession.
